04.Secondary Dwelling
A secondary dwelling is a second, detatched home that is constructed in any substantial area behind the front building line. Secondary dwellings exceed the 60m² size limit of a granny flat as they have multiple bedrooms, bathrooms and a laundry, just like an ordinary family home. 05.Renovations
Renovations are proposed alterations to the layout of an existing structure that typically include; • Addition of one or multiple new rooms, • Reconfiguration of the layout of a kitchen, bathroom, laundry or utility space • Addition or removal of internal walls and partitions • Addition or removal of windows, doors, and other fittings. • Complete redesign of front or back facade. 06.Small Additions
Any small additions such as driveways and carports, retaining walls, sheds, external stairs, as-built drawings and more. Cadmoure can provide a simple set of drawings to pass to council for an unbeatable price. Prices start at $800.
07.Single Dwelling
Single family dwellings come in all shapes and sizes and are perfect for independent and private living. Maybe you're interested in a complete knockdown-rebuild to make way for your dream home or you're looking to develop and sell. 08.Dual Occupancy
Dual Occupancies or Duplexes are two attached dwellings that share a party wall. Duplexes are a much more budget friendly way to have a comfortable, spacious and private life in a full family home.
